Reporting View Target: Z_NEU_HIST_ENR_TBL - Weekly Registration comparison with previous similar Registration periods

Description Registrar Office provides academic Deans, Provost and Enrollment Management Vice President with weekly/daily Registration data per academic department. The report compares the numbers for a specific term registration period with the numbers of a similar registration period during the previous terms. Currently this data is only extracted for UGD (undergraduate) and GS (graduate) courses.

COLLEGE_DESCRIPTION Description for COLLEGE_CODE. Valid values are in STVLEVL VARCHAR2(255)

COURSE_LEVEL_CODE Indicates the level of the courses. Valid values are in STVLEVL VARCHAR2(2 CHAR)

ENROLLMENT Total number of students enrolled in each courses offered by each department. This is an aggregate number NUMBER

REPORT_DATE The date the report is run DATE

REPORT_PERIOD Weekly (W) or Daily (D) VARCHAR2(1 CHAR) W,D

REPORT_TYPE (REG, IAH or CLASS): Indicates if the data is during the registration, IAH or after classes have started VARCHAR2(5 CHAR)

SEQUENCE_NBR Works in combination with the REPORT TYPE and REPORT_PERIOD fields above. It indicates the week or day number. For example REG W 3 means week 3 of registration, CLASS D 4 means Day 4 of class. NUMBER

SUBJECT_CODE Indicates Banner Course Subject Code; for all converted data will = DEPARTMENT_CODE VARCHAR2(63 CHAR)

SUBJECT_DESCRIPTION Description for SUBJ_CODE. Valid values are in STVSUBJ VARCHAR2(255)

TERM_CODE 6-digit Banner Term Code VARCHAR2(6 CHAR)

TERM_DESCRIPTION Banner Term Code description. Valid values are in STVTERM. VARCHAR2(255)

TOTAL_CREDIT_HOURS Total number of student multiplied by the credit hours of the courses. NUMBER
