ACADEMIC_PERIOD_NUFREEZE_DESC Academic Period Description for Academic Term Code VARCHAR2(255 CHAR)
ATTS_CODE   Student's general student attribute code. VARCHAR2(4 CHAR) STVATTS
CALCULATED Revenue Adjustment Tuition dollars shared between the primary and secondary colleges for combined majors under the hybrid budget model. For the primary college, this is a negative adjustment to revenue; for the secondary college, this is a positive adjustment to revenue.
COLLEGE_DESC First College The first college, aka the “home” college, is the college that will appear on the student’s transcript, and is also the college that receives the gross undergraduate tuition revenue for students in the combined major. The first college is usually the major listed before the slash (/) in the major description, but this is not always the case as students have the option to select which college will appear as their “home” college. The first college shares tuition revenue with the second college through the combined majors adjustment. VARCHAR2(255 CHAR)
COLLEGE_OWNER_DESC Second College The second college houses one of the majors in the combined major, but is not considered the student’s “home” college and will not be listed on the student’s transcript. The second college is usually the major listed after the slash (/) in the major description, but this is not always the case as students have the option to select which college will appear as their “home” college. The second college receives its share of the undergraduate tuition revenue for the combined major from the first college, who has received the gross tuition revenue. The second college does, however, have to reimburse the first college for any revenue shared via the Hybrid Budget buy/sell adjustment, as the first college is the only college considered in the buy/sell model.
